We traveled to Taylor to swim the first Huron League Dual of the Year. We defeated the Co-Op Team of New Boston Huron- Taylor by a score of 124-47. We won all 12 events on the night. Winners included: Medley of Evelyn Gill, Tori Kimberly, Afton presley, and Avery Hovatter 200 Free was won by Ashtyn Bergstrom 200 IM was won by Gill 50 Free was a win for Tori Kimberly Kaylin Brown took diving. Hovatter ruled the 100 Fly Gill took the 100 Free Presley won the 500 Free The 200 Free Relay of Bergstrom, Gill, Kimberly and Kenleigh Vandergrift took the win. Sofia Pardo won the 100 back Kimberly won the 100 Breast The 400 Free Relay was claimed by Hovatter, bergstrom, Presley and Vandergrift. Cristinia Wilson had a great 500 Free Agne Zukovskyte took 2nd in diving and swam great 50 frees on the medley and 200 Free Relays Jemma Kovach had a great 100 Fly and 100 Breast to take 2nd in both events. Emma Brown had a solid 50 free, and excellent 100 back Anissa Mustafa had a lifetime best 50 free, as did Kendal Perazzola. The win gets us off to a 1-0 start in the League, and we will keep working to improve with each practice and each meet. Thank you for your support of our Milan Big Reds.
